Court Payments Online

We offer two ways of making your online payment. You may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. A service fee will be added to the total amount charged. This fee is not charged or collected by the Rock Island County Circuit Clerk.

E-Pay

E-Pay can only be used with "NO APPEARANCE Required" traffic tickets and for Court Supervision without a court appearance (not applicable for drivers under 21).  Click here for additional information regarding the E-Pay system. GPS - (Government Payment Service)

GPS can only be used by someone who has been assessed fines and costs after a court hearing. GPS can also be used to pay the Annual Clerks fees for child support.  In order to use the GPS payment service, you will need to provide a "pay location code".  Click here for a list of the codes.  Also, for more information regarding the Government Payment Service, click here.
