If you have entered into a payment plan to pay your Felony fine, you are responsible for making that payment by the third (3rd) Friday of each month.

If you are unable to make that payment, you need to come to court at 1:30 PM on that third (3rd) Friday of the month at the Criminal Justice Center (in the jury assembly room on 4th floor).

You may make your payments at the Courthouse, in the second (2nd) Floor Accounting Department for Felony cases. You may also make your payment by mail or place it in the drop box located outside at the courthouse or at the East Moline Traffic Department.

• Please do not mail cash or leave cash in the drop box.
• We do not accept out of town checks.
• We do not accept checks on Felony cases.

You can make payments by credit card for East Moline Traffic, Rock Island Traffic and Felony cases by calling 1-888-604-7888. This is available 24 hours a day. A fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due.  For Rock Island Traffic and Felony cases use location code number 1550. For East Moline Traffic cases use location code number 4028.  Currently, Moline Traffic cannot accept credit card payments.
